Appointment of non-executive director

Progressive Digital Media Group plc ("PDM") is pleased to announce that Mark Freebairn will be joining the board of PDM as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Mark Freebairn, aged 35, is the head of the CFO practice at Odgers Berndtson, one of the UK’s leading executive search firms.

Mark has over fourteen years of experience in the recruitment and executive search industry working principally in board-level recruitment. Mark has been retained by a number of quoted companies across a broad range of industry sectors to find and recruit both executive directors and senior executives who can help deliver on their strategic and operational objectives.

As well as recruiting executive directors Mark has helped appoint a number of non-executive directors and is fully aware of the responsibilities associated with such an appointment. Moreover, Mark is a strong advocate for ensuring that best practice is applied and adhered to with regards to corporate governance.

Save for the information disclosed above, there are no additional disclosure requirements for Mark Freebairn in relation to paragraph (g) of schedule (2) of the AIM Rules
