Cobham CONFIRMS ALAN SEMPLE appointment date AS A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Cobham plc announced the appointment of Alan Semple as a Non-executive Director on 15 December 2014. The appointment has now been confirmed as effective from 25 February 2015.  He will also become a member of the Board's Audit Committee.
