Great Portland Estates plc appoints non-executive director

The Board of Great Portland Estates plc is delighted to announce that Elizabeth Holden has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 3 September 2012.

Mrs Holden was until recently a corporate partner at Slaughter and May specialising in mergers & acquisitions, corporate advisory and governance matters.

There is no further disclosure required in relation to Mrs Holden pursuant to Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
