Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Further to the announcement made on 27 April 2016, Outsourcery, the UK-based Cloud Service Provider, announces the appointment of David Duggins to the Board as Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect. David's appointment was one of the key terms and conditions of the new conditional drawdown working capital facility (the "New Facility") provided by the Company's principal secured lender, Vodafone. The New Facility has now been made fully available to the Company.
David Kenneth Duggins, aged 60, is a Senior Adviser at Gordon Brothers Europe, a global advisory, restructuring and investment firm. He was formerly a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP.
David currently holds a number of other directorships which are summarised below in the schedule at the end of this announcement, together with the details of those companies that he held directorships of within the last five years (including details of any formal insolvency procedures entered into during his directorships and during the 12 months following his directorship).
