Great Portland Estates plc appoints non-executive director

The Board of Great Portland Estates plc is delighted to announce that Charles Philipps has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 1 April 2014.

Mr Philipps, Chief Executive Officer of Amlin plc since 1999, has also previously worked for NatWest Markets.

There is no further disclosure required in relation to Mr Philipps pursuant to Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
