Shawbrook Group PLC ("Shawbrook" or "the Company" or "the Group") today announces the appointment of Sally-Ann Hibberd as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 5th November 2015.

Sally-Ann brings a wealth of experience from a successful career with Willis where she served in two separate roles over a 6 year period, firstly as COO of the International division and latterly as Group Operations and Technology Director. Prior to joining Willis, Sally-Ann was International COO of Guy Carpenter for 2 years and held a number of senior executive roles at Lloyds TSB over a ten year period. Sally-Ann is currently a Non-Executive Director of NFU Mutual.

There is no information to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R in respect of Sally-Ann Hibberd. As at the date of this announcement, Sally-Ann has no beneficial interests in the ordinary shares of the Company.
