Terence M. Graunke appointed Non-Executive Director

The Board of Huntsworth, the international public relations and healthcare communications group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Terry Graunke as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 21 May 2012. 

Mr Graunke has more than 25 years of experience in marketing services including starting, building, operating, and investing in companies and has been the founder and chief executive of both publicly-traded and private companies. He is the co-founder of Lake Capital Management LLC ("Lake Capital"), a private investment management firm. Entities managed and controlled by Lake Capital and Terry Graunke own 9.82% of the voting rights in Huntsworth.

Terence M Graunke

In 1998, Terry co- founded Lake Capital Management LLC ("Lake Capital"), a private investment management firm. Through its private investment funds, Lake Capital has invested in a variety of service enterprises with capital commitments in excess of US$1.7 billion. Prior to co-founding Lake Capital, Terry raised institutional capital, built and realised investments in information technology training, interactive development and marketing services. Prior to this Terry was a partner in the Hawthorne Group where he focused on both investments in and exits of a portfolio consisting primarily of media companies, both traditional and new media. Prior to his involvement with Hawthorne, Terry spent more than ten years as an operating executive in leading companies within the marketing communications industry. Terry is currently a board member of the quoted company, The Hackett Group Inc.
