Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Capita Group Plc ("Capita") announces the appointment of Martin Bolland as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 March 2008.

Martin Bolland is a Chartered Accountant and qualified at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1980.

For the last ten years Martin was working with Alchemy Partners LLP, a private equity house which focused on the mid market, of which he was a founding partner. Since leaving Alchemy Partners LLP in December 2007 Martin has been working on various projects.

Previously, from 1981 to 1996, he held a number of positions including Chief Executive and Vice President Finance within Lonrho Hotels. He was also Non-Executive Director at Jacques Vert plc from 2003 to 2004.
