Appointment of Non-Executive Director
EVR Holdings (AIM: EVRH), the leading creator of virtual reality music content and operator of the MelodyVR platform, is pleased to announce that following an extensive search, with the help of external executive search consultants, the Company has appointed Andy Botha as a Non-Executive Director.
Andy is Group CFO at ZPG Limited and has a wide and varied experience derived from a number of high-profile finance and commercial roles at companies such as; notonthehighstreet.com, Betfair and lastminute.com. Andy's experience covers key areas such as: M&A, business development, restructuring, as well as management reporting and forecasting. In his role as a Non-Executive Director at EVR, Andy will chair the audit committee. Ian Hanson, previously chair of the audit committee, steps down from the role with immediate effect. Ian remains with the company in his role as a Non-Executive Director.
Andy has been granted an option over 4,615,090 shares in EVR Holdings, with a strike price of 5.7p, subject to vesting criteria.

Anthony Matchett, Executive Chairman and CEO of EVR, said: "I am delighted that Andy is joining the EVR Board.
