Appointment of Non Executive Director
CSF Group plc (AIM: CSFG), the leading provider of data centre facilities and services in South East Asia and the largest provider of data centre services in Malaysia, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Richard King as Non Executive Director. Richard is currently the Deputy Managing Partner of UK and Ireland for Ernst & Young LLP and will take up the position on the Board of CSF effective from 1 January 2011 following his retirement from Ernst & Young LLP.
Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants UK and Wales and has worked extensively with growing businesses over the past 35 years. He will bring his considerable financial expertise to the Company. He is also Chair of Trustees for the Willow Foundation, a charitable organisation that provides special days out for seriously ill children and adults.
