Appointment of Non-executive Director

Aggreko plc, the world leader in the provision of temporary power and temperature control services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Diana Layfield as a Non-executive Director of the Group with effect from 1st May 2012.

Diana has worked for Standard Chartered for the last 8 years and is currently Chief Executive Officer of its Africa Region. Roles she previously held at Standard Chartered include Head of Strategy, Chief Operating Officer of the Wholesale Bank and Head of Global Corporates. Prior to Standard Chartered, Diana worked for Finexia and McKinsey.
