Appointment of Director

The Board of Tejoori is pleased to announce the appointment of Abdullah Ibrahim Saeed Lootah as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Abdullah is a member of the highly respected Lootah family in Dubai and has held positions on the Boards of a number of large UAE based property and construction companies. Amongst these is Mr Lootah's current position as Vice Chairman of the Lootah Group of Companies. He is also a committee member of the Building and Civil Construction Group, which was founded by the DCCI (the Dubai Chamber of Commerce) and works with the DCCI on various issues related to construction groups in Dubai.

Abdullah has obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the Dubai Men's College.

Mr Lootah currently owns 200,000 ordinary shares in Tejoori Limited, equivalent to 0.72 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company. There are no further details to be disclosed to be made pursuant to Schedule 2, paragraph (g) or Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
