Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Communisis plc (LSE: CMS), the leading marketing services provider ("MSP"), is pleased to announce the appointment of a new non-executive director.

Jane Griffiths is today appointed to the Board as a non-executive director. Jane is Marketing Director EMEA for Citibank NA and, as a senior advertising and marketing executive, has previously worked for a number of major global agencies including Ogilvy in New York and Korea, Arc Worldwide London (part of the Leo Burnett Group), TBWA\GGT London and was a Board Director of OgilvyOne London.

Commenting on the appointment Peter Hickson, Chairman of Communisis said:
