Appointment of Non-Executive Deputy Chairman

PPHE Hotel Group, the international hospitality real estate group which develops, owns and operates hotels and resorts, announces the appointment of Kenneth Bradley as Non-Executive Deputy Chairman to its Board of Directors (the "Board"), effective today.

Mr Bradley has served as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Group since 2019, a position he will continue to hold, during which time he has served as Chair of the Nomination and ESG Committees.

The Board remains committed to and recognises the importance of maintaining a high standard of corporate governance.
