Appointment of Richard Everitt as Non-Executive Chairman

Air Partner is a leading provider of private aviation services to industry, commerce, governments and private individuals worldwide.

Air Partner is delighted to announce that Richard Everitt, the current Senior Independent Director, will succeed Aubrey Adams as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, with immediate effect.

Aubrey Adams confirmed in October 2011 his intention to step down as Chairman of Air Partner, once a successor had been identified. He said:

Richard Everitt's understanding of the aviation sector and his experience in dealing with strategic issues facing transportation businesses have already been clearly demonstrated during his period as a Non-Executive Director. Under his leadership I am confident that Air Partner will continue to respond effectively to change and will be able to extend its model of superior client service into new and growing markets."

Richard Everitt has a distinguished record in the aviation and transport sector. He served as a Director of BAA plc, with responsibility for strategy and regulatory matters, between 1991 and 2001 and was Chief Executive of National Air Traffic Services from 2001 to 2004. He is currently Chief Executive of the Port of London Authority.

The appointment of the new Chairman was made by the Board following an independent search process undertaken by leading executive search firm, Russell Reynolds Associates. The appointment is for a maximum term of three years. Like all directors of the Company, Richard Everitt will stand for re-election by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting, in December 2012.

There are no disclosures required under 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules in connection with the appointment of Richard Everitt as Non-Executive Chairman.
