Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, is pleased to confirm the appointment of David Kiddie as Non-Executive Chairman, as previously disclosed on 1 October 2021, following receipt of regulatory approval. David will succeed Joanne Lake who has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect.
