Appointment of Non-Executive Chairman

mporium Group Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Nigel Walder as a non-Executive Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.

Nigel is the Chief Information Officer ("CIO") for Corporate Functions at Barclays Bank plc and has over 25 years' experience of working with technology within the Financial Services sector including CIO positions at NatWest Markets, Royal Bank of Scotland and Deutsche Bank.

Nigel also has direct experience of AIM having founded Business Control Solutions plc ("BCS"), a software and technology services company, which was admitted to trading on AIM following a reverse takeover in June 2005. Nigel was Chief Executive Officer of BCS until 2010.

Nigel replaces Mike Hughes, as non-Executive Chairman, who retires today and Dominic Keen, non-Executive Director, has also left the board of the Company today in order to be able to focus on his other business interests.

Nigel Walder is beneficially interested in 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company.
