AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) Disclosure
The Company announces the following information relating to a directors' disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies. In addition to the information disclosed in the Company's announcement of 19 June 2025, Paul Williams, Chief Financial Officer of Synectics, was a director of CloudCall AU Pty Ltd from 3 October 2019 until 25 August 2025.
