Appointment of New Non-Executive Director

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Board of Round Hill Music Royalty Fund Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Audrey McNair as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 20 July 2022. 

Audrey brings to the Board extensive knowledge of regulatory, governance and investment management processes and products. Audrey worked at Aberdeen Asset Management plc, starting as Head of Internal Audit (EMEA) and becoming Global Head of Business Risk and responsible for the group's risk management framework and internal capital adequacy assessment.

Currently, Audrey is non-executive director of Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc. In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no additional details to be disclosed.

In order to achieve its Investment Objective the Company will invest in a songwriter's copyright interest in a musical composition or song (being their writer's share, their publisher's share and their performance rights) together with the rights in the recording of the musical composition or song (known as the master recording rights) together with all such rights and assets considered by its investment manager, Round Hill Music LP, to be ancillary thereto.
