Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The board of LED (the "Board") is pleased to announce that Stephen Weatherseed has been appointed as an additional non-executive Director of LED.

Mr. Weatherseed has spent over 30 years as a professional financial services adviser, with more than half of these based in Hong Kong and Asia. Until 2010 he was a senior partner at Grant Thornton, London where he was the National Head of Audit Services to large corporate clients between 2006 and 2008, including advising companies on the London Stock Exchange Main Board and AIM.

Mr. Weatherseed is currently a Director at Mazars CPA Hong Kong Limited where he is responsible for an audit portfolio and for promoting the firm's corporate finance services. His international experience includes advising clients on corporate finance, audit, risk management, cross border transactions and on China and Asian investment/trading strategies.
