APPOINTMENT OF NEW GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR

Hogg Robinson Group Plc, the international corporate services company is pleased to announce the appointment of Michele Maher as Group Finance Director, with immediate effect, following a process conducted through independent external search consultants.

After an early career with KPMG and Dell Computers, Michele Maher joined Hogg Robinson in 1995 and has held a series of senior operational and central financial positions with the Group, and is currently Finance Director Worldwide Operations of HRG. She is qualified as an FCA and also has an MBA from Cranfield University.

John Coombe, Chairman, said: "After a full independent process, we are delighted that Michele is joining the Board as an executive director of Hogg Robinson and our new Group Finance Director. Her experience in overseeing the financial operations of our main business, plus her broader understanding of our strategy and growing Fraedom business, means she is well placed to make an immediate impact in her new role."

No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R (1) to (6) in respect of this appointment.
