Shafagat Takhautdinov, Tatneft's General Director retires, Nail Maganov appointed the new General Director

The Board of Directors of OAO Tatneft (the "Company") accepted today the retirement of Shafagat Takhautdinov, the General Director of the Company with immediate effect. The Board of Directors of the Company appointed Nail Maganov, the First Deputy General Director of the Company as the new General Director.
