Appointment of New Finance Director

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE8TH December 2014 LONDON & ASSOCIATED PROPERTIES PLC: APPOINTMENT OF NEW FINANCE DIRECTOR London & Associated Properties Plc ("LAP") today announces that Anil Thapar,FCCA, has been appointed Finance Director from 1st January 2015, and will jointhe Board. This appointment follows our earlier announcement that Robert Corrywill retire at the end of this year. Anil will also become Group Company Secretary on 22nd December 2014. HeatherCurtis, the incumbent company secretary, will be leaving the Company on thesame date. Anil has worked at LAP as Group Financial Controller since November 2005 andmanaged LAP's finance department since July 2007. Prior to LAP, Anil held senior finance positions at Tops Estates from 1998until that company was sold in 2005, and has held other senior jobs both inindustry and in the accounting profession. John Heller, LAP's CEO, commented: "I have worked closely with Anil for a longtime. He has shown an excellent understanding of all financial aspects of theGroup and contributed greatly to our progress over the last nine years or so.
