APPOINTMENT OF NEW EXTERNAL AUDITOR

McKay Securities PLC, the only UK REIT specialising exclusively in the London and South East office and industrial markets, announces that following a competitive tender process it is appointing Deloitte LLP as its external auditor.

Deloitte's appointment will commence for the year ending 31 March 2020, replacing KPMG. KPMG will audit the Group's accounts for the year ending 31 March 2019.

Shareholder approval to confirm the appointment of Deloitte LLP will be sought at the Company's AGM on 4 July 2019.
