Appointment of new Director

BankMuscat appoints New Director

BankMuscat would like to inform the market that Dubai Financial Group, one of the banks principal shareholders, has replaced its Director Mr. Abdulrazaq M. Aljassim with Mr. Abdullatif Abdulla Ahmed AlMulla. This change has received regulatory approval and takes place with immediate effect. The appointment is subject to approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Body meeting.
