Sohn will join the boardas an independent non-executive director of the company on 2 April 2007. Hehas extensive experience in the semiconductor industry both in Silicon Valleyand in Asia. He is a director of Cymer, Inc. and M-Stream Technology Limitedand an advisor to Panorama Capital, a Silicon Valley based venture capitalfirm. Previously, he was President of the semiconductor products group atAgilent Technologies, Inc. and President, CEO and Chairman of Oak Technology,Inc. Prior to that he was President of the hard drive business of QuantumCorporation and, before that, Director of Marketing at Intel Corporation.
