Appointment of new Chief Financial Officer

nmcn today announces the appointment of Alan Foster as a Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.

Alan will join nmcn in early 2021 from National Grid plc where he has held a range of senior financial and business development roles over a period of 20 years. His most recent two roles have been Group Finance Transformation Director and UK CFO of the regulated UK businesses of National Grid plc. Prior to National Grid he held finance roles at Dewhirst Group plc and British Sugar plc.

A further announcement confirming his commencement date will be made in due course.
