Appointment of New Chief Executive Officer

Zamano plc (AIM: ZMNO, ESM:ZAZ) announces the appointment of Mr Ross Conlon as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Executive Director with immediate effect replacing Mr Pat Landy who filled the role of Acting CEO in 2012 and CEO during 2013.

Mr Landy will remain on the Board in a non-executive capacity where he will continue to advise on areas of strategic planning and business development. He will also assist the Group with any matters of a transitional nature connected with the appointment of Mr Conlon.

Commenting on Mr Landy's departure and the appointment of Mr Conlon, Mr John Rockett, Chairman of Zamano said: "Since his appointment in November 2011, Pat has helped to stabilise and re-position the business, successfully negotiated a re-structuring of the Group's bank debt and restored the company to significant profitability in each of the last two years. Financially, the Group is in a much stronger position than it was when he took up the position, for which all of our stakeholders are extremely thankful".

Welcoming Ross Conlon to the position of CEO and Executive Director, Mr Rockett said: "I am pleased to be able to announce the appointment of Ross Conlon as CEO and wish him well as he leads the business onto its next stage of development. Ross has been a key member of the executive team at Zamano and prior to that, Red Circle, which the Group acquired in 2007. He has been Chief Technology Officer ("CTO") of Zamano since mid 2010. The board believes that he is ideally equipped to lead the Group through the next phase of its development, in particular, the future challenges associated with broadening the product-market base of the business. His technical and strategic skill set will, I believe, enable the Group to effectively chart and implement its future business development plans".

About Ross Conlon

Ross held a number of senior roles in Zamano since joining the Group in 2007. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Enterprise & Computing from DCU. He brings a wealth of technical, regulatory, operational and industry experience to his new role. Mr. Conlon holds 7,980 ordinary shares in the Company, in addition to having the option to acquire a further 1,400,000 shares at 5.95c. Ross has notified the Company that he has no further details to be disclosed as required under (g) Schedule Two of the ESM Listing Rules and AIM Listing Rules.
