Appointment of new Chief Executive Officer

Further to the announcements of 28 January and 12 April 2021, nmcn is pleased to announce that Lee Marks has today taken up his role as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and a Director of the Company.

Concurrent with this, Robert Moyle has relinquished his position as Acting CEO and given notice of his intention to retire from the Board of the Company later in the year. A further announcement confirming Robert's retirement will be made in due course. 

For a limited period, Robert will continue as an Executive Director and will assist Lee in the transition by undertaking the role of Managing Director of the Group's Telecom business whilst a new Managing Director is recruited for that business unit.

Ian Elliott will continue in the role of Non-Executive Chairman.
