Appointment of New Chairman
Further to the announcement on 30 September 2009 by the Company on the appointment of Robert Walker as a non-executive director and the board's intention that he will succeed Tim Stevenson as non-executive Chairman with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") the Company can now confirm that following conclusion of the AGM Tim Stevenson resigned from his position as Chairman of the Company and was replaced by Robert Walker.
