Appointment of new Chairman 

Vietnam Infrastructure Limited ("VNI" or the "Company"), the first publicly traded fund to focus on infrastructure assets in Vietnam announces that Mr. Rupert Carington has been appointed to the role of Chairman of the Company, effective 3 April 2014. Mr. Carington will succeed Mr. Paul Cheng, who has retired from VNI's Board of Directors. Incoming Chairman, Mr. Carington stated, "We would like to thank Paul for his invaluable contribution to the Company over the past seven years and leading the Board for the last three years as Chairman. I look forward to working with the Investment Manager to build upon the foundations for growth set during the last three years."
