Accsys Technologies PLC11 October 2007 11th October 2007 AIM: AXS NYSE Euronext Amsterdam: AXS Accsys announces the appointment of new CEO Accsys Technologies PLC ("Accsys" or "the Company") announces the appointment ofFinlay Morrison as Chief Executive Officer, with effect from 10th October. MrMorrison, aged 47, has joined the Board as an Executive Director. Finlay Iain Morrison has held senior positions at both Celanese and HoechstChemical companies over the last twenty years. With a focus on Sales, Marketingand Procurement on a global basis, he has considerable experience throughoutAsia and China. His most recent position prior to joining Accsys was as VicePresident, Acetyls, at Celanese Corporation. Willy Paterson-Brown, Executive Chairman and previous CEO, of Accsys commented,"Finlay's extensive international commercial expertise will be invaluable indriving the global licensing activity of the Company. This appointment isanother indication of the significant growth being achieved by Accsys as wedevelop our business on a worldwide basis".
