SThree plc05 November 2007 SThree plc ("SThree" or the "Group") Appointment of Non-Executive Director SThree, the international specialist staffing business, announces that it hasappointed Paul Bowtell as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the AuditCommittee, with immediate effect. Paul (aged 39) is currently the Chief Financial Officer of TUI Travel PLC, thecompany recently formed through the merger of First Choice Holidays plc and thetourism businesses of TUI AG. Paul has extensive experience gained from seniorfinance roles in a variety of companies including First Choice Holidays PLC,British Gas, a subsidiary of Centrica plc, where he was appointed FinanceDirector in 2002. Prior to that, he was with W H Smith plc, where he held anumber of corporate centre roles before becoming the Finance Director of the UKRetail business, as well as senior tax roles at Forte and Arthur Andersen. Paulis an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
