Schedule 2 disclosure on appointment of Non-Executive Director and
Notification of posting of Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2012
Hangar8 (AIM: HGR8), one of Europe's largest operators of privately owned passenger jet aircraft, further to the announcement of the appointment to its Board of Michael Peagram as an Independent Non-Executive Director, discloses the following information which is required pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Michael John Peagram, aged 69, is or has been a director or partner of the following companies during the previous five years:

Mr Peagram currently has a beneficial interest in 132,000 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company representing approximately 2.05 per cent of the issued share of the Company.
There are no other matters which are required to be announced with regard to the appointment of Mr Peagram under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
The Company also announces that it is today posting its report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2012 to shareholders and it will be available on its website www.hangar8.co.uk.
