APPOINTMENT OF MIRABAUD AS JOINT BROKER

The directors of Nyota are pleased to announce the appointment of Mirabaud Securities LLP ("Mirabaud") as joint broker to the Company with immediate effect.

Mirabaud joins Ocean Equities Limited in providing broking support, analyst coverage and related services to Nyota. Ambrian Partners Limited will continue to act in the role of Nominated Adviser to the Company.

Mirabaud has particular expertise in the mining sector and represents a substantial number of minerals and resources clients. Its natural resources team has raised in excess of $US1.3 billion over the past eighteen months in the sector.

Speaking today in relation to the appointment, Nyota Chief Executive, Melissa Sturgess, said:
