Appointment of KPMG LLP as the new auditor and change of accounting reference date

Mobico Group PLC ("Mobico" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of KPMG LLP ("KPMG") as its new auditor with immediate effect.

To allow the Company sufficient time to prepare the financial statements and for KPMG to have sufficient time to complete the audit, the Company will change its accounting reference date and financial year end from 31 December to 31 March, effective immediately.

As a result of the change of year end, the Group's next two key financial reporting events will be as follows:

· publication of unaudited interim results for the 12 months to 31 December 2025 (by 31 March 2026); and

· publication of audited annual accounts for the 15 months to 31 March 2026 (by 31 July 2026).
