Intelligent Energy Holdings plc ("Intelligent Energy"), the energy technology company, is pleased to announce the appointment of UBS Investment Bank to act as its joint corporate broker and joint financial adviser, with immediate effect. UBS will work alongside the Company's existing corporate broker.
