APPOINTMENT OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY
The Board of Directors ("Board") of Global Invacom Group Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Khoo Yi Ning as the Joint Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 18 August 2023.
Following to the above appointment, the Company Secretaries of the Company are Mr Yoo Loo Ping and Ms Khoo Yi Ning.
