Appointment of Joint CEOs
Globalworth announces the appointment of Piotr Olendski and Roy Vishnovizki as Joint Chief Executive Officers. Dennis Selinas, who has served as Globalworth's CEO for the past three years, will step down to pursue other opportunities and will support an orderly transition.
Mr Olendski has served as a Non-Executive Director on the Board since December 2021 and has extensive experience in finance and corporate leadership. His background includes consulting for Polish renewable energy companies, executive roles at PZU SA overseeing corporate insurance, and 19 years at Deutsche Bank Polska SA, where he spent seven years as a Management Board Member responsible for investment banking.
Mr Vishnovizki is an accomplished CEO with extensive experience in senior management roles for both listed and private companies across Europe, including in the position of CEO of TLG Immobilien AG. He has a strong background in leading large enterprises, including in the real estate sector.

"With the appointments of Piotr and Roy, we ensure continuity and strengthen our leadership team, and I am confident both will contribute immensely to Globalworth's future success."
Mr Olendski will remain on the Board, now as an Executive Director, and Mr Vishnovizki will join the Senior Management Team.
Following the above changes to the Board, Richard van Vliet will become chair of the Remuneration Committee (in place of Piotr Olendski) with Martin Bartyzal and Favi Stelian remaining as members and Roy Vishnovizki will join the Investment Committee as a member (in place of Dennis Selinas) with Favi Stelian remaining as Chair, and Piotr Olendski, Norbert Sasse and David Maimon remaining as members.
The above changes will take immediate effect.
