Appointment of Joint Broker

Crosby Asset Management Inc. (AIM:CSB), the natural resources-focused investment company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Renaissance Capital Limited as joint broker to the Company, with immediate effect.

The Board has proposed a name change to Zoltav Resources Inc. more appropriately to reflect the new direction of the Company and the necessary resolutions to action this name change will be proposed for shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting of the Company, to be held on 20 June 2011.
