Appointment of Joint Broker

Clipper Logistics plc ("Clipper" or "the Group"), a leading provider of value-added logistics solutions and e-fulfilment to the retail sector, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG ("Berenberg") as the Group's joint corporate broker to work alongside its existing corporate broker Numis Securities with immediate effect.
