Appointment of Joint Broker

Beacon Hill Resources Plc, the AIM listed resource company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Renaissance Capital Limited ('Renaissance Capital') as Joint Broker to the Company.

Renaissance Capital is a leading investment bank focused on emerging markets including Russia, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. The firm also offers its clients access to these markets through financial centers such as London, New York and Hong Kong. Renaissance Capital provides the full range of investment banking products and services, including equity and debt sales and trading, corporate advisory, capital raising, research, structured solutions and derivatives.
