Appointment of Joint Broker

 

Chaarat (AIM:CGH), the AIM-quoted gold mining company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic and Armenia, is pleased to announce the appointment of finnCap Limited ("finnCap") as joint corporate broker to the Company with immediate effect.

 

finnCap will work as joint corporate broker together with the Company's existing brokers Numis Securities Limited and SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP.

 

 

 

Correction to notification of transactions of directors

 

The Company has been informed that its notification made on 6 January 2020 (RNS number 7637Y) overstated the number of ordinary shares that had vested under the Company's Management Incentive Plan in relation to Robert Benbow by 29,638 shares. The correct number of shares that vested in relation to Mr Benbow was 167,946 (and not 197,584 as previously notified).
