Appointment of Joint Broker

3Legs Resources plc ("3Legs" or "the Company") announces that Peterhouse Corporate Finance Limited ("Peterhouse") has been appointed Joint Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

Peterhouse have undertaken to provide a share sale facility until 23 February 2015 for Shareholders who wish to sell their ordinary shares. During this time Peterhouse has agreed to arrange the execution of a sale of any ordinary shares to its clients on a best endeavours basis for 0.232 pence per share.

Alternatively, shareholders are free to retain their ordinary shares or sell them in the market as they see fit.
