Noricum Gold Limited, the European focused base and precious metals resource development company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Shard Capital Partners LLP ('Shard') as the Company's Joint Broker with immediate effect.

This follows Shard's involvement in the Company's recent successful placing to raise £1 million, which provides Noricum with sufficient funds to deliver gold production in Q3 2016 from the two starter pits identified the 861 sq km Bolnisi Copper-Gold Project in the Republic of Georgia.
