Appointment of IOMA Fund and Investment Management Limited

The Company announces that with immediate effect, IOMA Fund and Investment Management Limited ("IOMAFIM") have been appointed Administrator to the Company in succession to Isle of Man Financial Trust Limited ("FT"). IOMAFIM will undertake the day to day administration of the Company, including the maintenance of its books and records (in particular, its register of members).

FT was appointed Administrator when the Company was launched and subsequently, IOMAFIM was established by the IOMA Group as a specialist third party fund administrator. Both FT and IOMAFIM are part of the IOMA Group.
