Appointment of Interim Finance Director
Stadium (AIM: SDM), a leading supplier of wireless solutions, power supplies and electronic assemblies, announces the appointment of Andrew Tonks, FCCA, as Interim Finance Director with immediate effect. Andrew has not been appointed to the Stadium Group plc main Board.
Andrew has extensive board and operational experience as a Finance Director in publicly listed and private companies. Most recently Andrew was Interim Finance Director and Interim Commercial Director at e.surv, a division of LSL Property Services plc, and before that served as Interim CEO and CFO of an early stage online marketing business, Peto Limited. From 2007 until 2012, Andrew was CFO of AIM listed technology developer Aerte Group PLC, formerly named Mid-States PLC.
Previously Andrew has held several positions in both the financial function and general management within listed groups such as HomeServe plc, NSB Retails Systems PLC, Alvis Plc (now part of BAe Systems Land UK), ML Holdings plc, United Biscuits plc and BTR plc.
The process to appoint a permanent Finance Director is continuing and a further update will be provided in due course. Joanne Estell, the former Chief Financial Officer, will remain with the Company to ensure a suitable period of handover with Andrew.
