Sub: Appointment of Interim Company Secretary

This is to inform you that Mr. Parvatheesam K, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer will be on study leave till June 2018 to pursue Masters Degree Program at the Stanford Law School, Stanford University.

In this connection, the Board of Directors has appointed Mrs. Anita Kalyani, currently serving as Head-Secretarial as the interim Company Secretary. Mrs. Kalyani will discharge the duties in terms of SEBI Regulations and the Companies Act, 2013, as applicable.

This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
