Appointment of Interim CFO Services

PhotonStar LED Group plc (AIM: PSL, "PhotonStar" or "the Group"), the British designer and manufacturer of smart LED lighting solutions, has announced the appointment of CFO Solutions Limited to provide Interim CFO services to the Group. This appointment is being made pending the recruitment of a replacement for CFO Ceri Jones, who leaves the business today, following a handover, as announced 28 March 2011.

CFO Solutions, based in Chichester, West Sussex, provides outsourced Finance Director services to both public and private companies in London and the South East. Principals Nigel Souster and Nigel Lee, between them have over 40 years' experience working at Big 5 accountancy firms. Nigel Souster was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Southampton for 20 years, whilst Nigel Lee brings a wealth of experience from 11 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and more recently as a Finance Director and Controller in a number of IT companies.

CFO Solutions has had a long standing relationship with PhotonStar having been involved with the business since its inception and has recently been advising the Board.
