Appointment of Interim CFO
ServicePower (AIM: SVR), a market leader for outsourced service and field management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nanette Kreamer as Interim CFO with immediate effect. Based in ServicePower's Annapolis office in the US, Nanette will report to Mark Duffin, CEO and the Board of ServicePower.
Nanette will oversee all financial aspects of the Company, supported by Sally Gillings, Financial Controller, in the UK.
Nanette has over 20 years experience as a senior financial officer for US-based publicly-held companies ranging from $150 million to $2 billion in revenues, including the role of Interim CFO for private-equity owned O'Currance, Inc. a telemarketing company; Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. a $150 million, NASDAQ-listed, international wireless location and text messaging software and service provider; and Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of SITEL Corporation, a $900 million NYSE-listed provider of teleservices.
Nanette will hold the role of Interim CFO whilst the Board continues the search for a permanent CFO. The Interim role is not a Board position.
